Each cottage includes:

• Sandiford Range cookers with twin hobs and ovens

• Log Burning Fire - logs supplied for arrival and available during stay

• Central heating

• Washing Machine/Dryer combination

• TV/DVD/Stereo combination

• Microwave, toaster, iron, kettle, hairdryer etc

• Integrated fridge and freezer

The living accommodation of each cottage is laid out in open plan form to ensure maximum feeling of space, light, views and that no one is feeling left out of it in the kitchen!

All guests of the lower cottages benefit from the direct use of Holywell Field,directly below the yard and accessible from the rear of the cottages.

Naturally landscaped, Dartmoor is brought right to your doorstep with magnificent granite boulders dotted about, enclosed by dry stone walls and surrounded by the
most spectacular views and scenery. On one boundary of the field is a copse filled with wild flowers and on the other is the start of the ancient sunken green lane.

Guests have exclusive access to the majority of the 400 acre Holwell estate and maps will clearly indicate where this access is available. The map also highlights walks, places of interest, wildlife habitat, areas of historical and archaeological importance together with suggested spots for picnics, a spot of fishing or a paddle in the Becka Brook. There are also designated areas for bbqs.
