TERMS OF BUSINESS
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR HOLWELL COTTAGES
A non-refundable deposit of £250.00 will be taken at the time of your booking by credit card for each week or part thereof booked. The outstanding balance is payable one month prior to your arrival, which would not be returned in the event of cancellation. Full payment is required for either Short Breaks of 3 nights or within 30 days of arrival. DAMAGE TO HOLWELL FARM COTTAGES
Any breakages or damage incurred to the properties will be charged. PARKING
Ample car parking is provided at the Hotel, Garden Cottage & Holwell Farm Cottages, but all cars are left at the owner's risk. PAYMENT
Due on presentation of bill. Cheques and Major Credit Cards accepted with the exception of AMEX & DINERS. COTTAGE AVAILABLE
Holwell Farm Cottages will be available from 4.00 p.m with check out at 10.00 a.m. DOGS & HORSES
Dogs are very welcome at £25.00 per week. Dogs not permitted in public rooms and any damage caused to cottages will be charged for. Stables are available at Holne Chase at £25.00 per day DIY livery, £100 per week DIY at Holwell or Grass Keep at Holwell at £25.00 per week.
